Unfortunately the world is in chaos these days, things are upside down everywhere the world over and especially in North America. The Dollar might collapse, there could be more lockdowns, Global depopulation plans are being discussed and our elected officials don’t represent you or me anymore… so when it all goes wrong what will you do with your family?

Any Self-respecting parent KNOWS it’s their responsibility to have a backup plan for your family... So, what’s yours? Mine is right here, and I’m willing to share it with YOU* If you own a home in another country, you have a solid argument as to why you need to be able to leave the country to tend to your property. But buying land in Belize isn’t the easiest to secure. We took care of the hard and expensive parts, Property, Well, Solar Power, Fence, Security Check! We put it all together, the hard part is done.

The plan is to have a small group up to ten families on the property who are willing to work together while sharing some of the load, helping one another when they are here to make each other’s life just a little bit easier. A community farm, a barn with and animals; chickens, goats, maybe more, but enough for fresh eggs milk and cheese and all kinds of fruit trees to enjoy all year round. Also, because of the location of the community, we will have access to fresh cuts of beef and chicken and pork at all times (This is not the standard in Belize)., So, everything is fresh healthy and wholesome.

If you can’t come over right away, then you now have a great vacation spot that we will look after and maintain for you. Need some help offsetting the costs? Why not rent it out it when you’re not using it… we will manage the Marketing, Move-in’s and Move outs, we take a small management fee, and the rest is credited towards covering your expenses. Or if you want to make it so that no one else touches your home, we have you covered there too. We’ll inspect it and make sure everything is perfectly maintained until your return.

Also, the property lease is covered in full for the first two years so you can get established and settled before you have to incur any expenses… It’s set up for you to succeed and to be able to make a smart strategic move for your family

So, if things go completely off the rails (God Forbid) we have a backup plan and you should too. Just imagine what people will say if you choose to tell them you own your very own home in Belize!
